Yesterday I put a call into your company and requested that a plumber come out. I was very fortunate that they had someone available right away – he was here within half an hour! It wasn’t an emergency but it was good that he came right away. His name was Bill. I just want to give so much credit to that young man. He was very respectful, very knowledgeable, very kind to my dogs who were in the house at the same time. When I see something like that I make sure to give a call to the company because he is representing your business extremely well. It’s nice to see. Very nice young man, cleaned up very well.
